Team and role
We’re hiring a Director of Software Engineering to lead and grow our Copenhagen-based engineering team (4–5 engineers, with active hiring underway). You’ll report directly to the CTO and take over full responsibility for people leadership, technical direction, and delivery for the team.
You are expected to stay hands‑on in the codebase and deeply involved in architectural decisions, while spending most of your time enabling the team to do their best work.
This is a full‑time permanent role based in Copenhagen.
