As the new Senior Development Engineer in our CRM Development team, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day. This role will be based in London, but you will work closely with the rest of the team and your manager, who are all based in Copenhagen.

In this role you will get the chance to work on building and maintaining our internal, user-facing interfaces of the Dynamics 365 Sales platform with profound customizations implemented using plugins (C#) and full-standing React applications for advanced UI features and workflows, in a close collaboration with our end-users.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team and with your stakeholders.

• Build solutions for prioritized business problems, in collaboration with the end-users
• Participate as an expert advisor to stakeholders when new features are to be designed
• Optimize and enhance our existing React, C#, JavaScript and TypeScript codebase
• Ensure best in class code quality
• Suggest and implement developer velocity improvements (tools, tests, builds, pipelines)
• Share knowledge and recommend best practices to the team

Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have experience from a similar Senior Developer role where you have delivered excellent results. You have an educational background within computer science, engineering, or another applicable field together with experience in building web applications. Relevant domain or Dynamics 365 platform knowledge is seen as an advantage.

You have profound experience with React, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Git and Gitflow, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (or similar), unit and integration tests, PRs and code reviews, and you can design clean and maintainable solutions. Experience with UI/UX would be highly beneficial. Also, you can troubleshoot existing solutions and propose necessary optimizations.

You are a proactive team player who is willing to take part in product and technical design discussions and decision making. You have a curiosity to learn and are open to give feedback in a constructive way. Furthermore, you are a dependable and knowledge-sharing person that cooperates well with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and internal end-users.
