Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain conversion-focused landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and business goals.

Monitor and analyze marketing funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing ROI.

Plan, execute, and optimize personalized email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation to maximize customer engagement and retention.

Manage and optimize in-app and web push notifications to enhance user experience and increase engagement.

Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Team Lead to ensure alignment of messaging, campaign goals, and user experience across channels.

Use A/B testing and analytics tools to inform and refine strategies across CRM, email, and push channels.

Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and user behavior, creating regular reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or CRM roles.

Proven experience in email marketing and push notifications.

Strong understanding of landing page creation and marketing funnel optimization.

Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing automation tools

Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
